Welcome to CP-AI Standard ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), a cybersecurity certification program operated by Sec-Curity Safety Center. By accessing or using our website at cyberpai.co and our training platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

To access our training programs, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials for the duration specified in your purchase plan (Individual: 6 months, Team: 12 months, Enterprise: as specified in contract).
Course access begins on the date of enrollment and expires at the end of your access period. You are responsible for completing the course within this timeframe.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment, internet connection, and software to access the training materials.
To earn the CP-AI Standard certification, you must:

Violation of examination integrity policies will result in immediate disqualification, revocation of any certification earned, and potential permanent ban from our programs.
If you do not pass the examination on your first attempt, you may retake the examination at no additional charge during your access period, subject to a waiting period of 7 days between attempts.
CP-AI Standard certification is valid for two (2) years from the date of issue. Recertification options will be available prior to expiration.
We reserve the right to revoke certification for:
All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Sec-Curity Safety Center or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes during your access period.

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change. The price at the time of purchase will be honored for that transaction.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
Prices may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
