14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied within 14 days of purchase, we'll give you a full refund—no questions asked.
1. Individual Purchases
1.1 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Individual course purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the training for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
Eligibility requirements:
- Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- You have completed less than 50% of the course content
- You have not taken or passed the certification examination
- This is your first refund request for this product
1.2 Post-Guarantee Period
After the 14-day period, refunds are generally not available for individual purchases. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Documented technical issues that prevented access to the course
- Serious medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Military deployment (with orders)
2. Team and Enterprise Purchases
2.1 Team Plans
Team purchases (10+ seats) may be eligible for:
- Full refund: Within 14 days if no team members have begun the course
- Prorated refund: For unused seats within 30 days, minus a 15% administrative fee
- Seat reassignment: Unused seats may be reassigned to different team members at no charge during the access period
2.2 Enterprise Contracts
Enterprise agreements are subject to the specific terms outlined in your contract. Please refer to your service agreement or contact your account manager for refund terms.
3. What Is NOT Refundable
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed certifications (once you've passed the exam)
- Courses where more than 50% of content has been accessed
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period (except as noted above)
- Certificate replacement fees
- Recertification fees
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
- Purchases made through third-party resellers (contact the reseller directly)
4. 100% Pass Guarantee
Separate from our refund policy, we offer a 100% Pass Guarantee for the certification examination:
- If you don't pass the exam on your first attempt, you can retake it for free
- There is a 7-day waiting period between attempts
- Free retakes are available during your course access period
- This guarantee applies to exam retakes only—it is not a money-back guarantee
Note: The Pass Guarantee is for exam retakes. If you want your money back, you must request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period, before taking the exam.
5. How to Request a Refund

We'll review your request within 2 business days and may ask for additional information.

You'll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
5.1 Required Information
To process your refund request efficiently, please include:
- Full name on the account
- Email address used for purchase
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Timeline
- Review: 1-2 business days
- Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
- Bank posting: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution
6.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the card used for purchase
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Bank Transfer: Refunded via bank transfer (may take longer)
6.3 Currency
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount if you paid in a different currency.
7. Account Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your access to course materials will be immediately revoked
- Any certificates earned will be invalidated
- Progress data will be removed from your account
- Your account will remain active for other products (if applicable)
8. Chargebacks
If you believe you're entitled to a refund, please contact us first at refunds@cyberpai.co. We're committed to resolving issues fairly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Revocation of any certifications
- Additional fees passed on to you if the chargeback is reversed
- Ineligibility for future purchases
9. Promotional Purchases
Purchases made with discount codes or during promotional periods may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Generally:
- Promotional purchases are final sale unless otherwise noted
- If a refund is approved, only the amount actually paid will be refunded
- Discount codes cannot be reissued after a refund
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
